Angelina Encarnacion, 2024 - 2025 POPScholar Recipient
On March 27, 2025, Angelina Encarnacion, a senior at L.C. Bird High School in Chesterfield, Virginia became the first POPScholar recipient. She received $1,000 that will be used towards her freshman year at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she will study to become an elementary special education teacher with a minor in Spanish.
